Extend inhabited threshold. Lengthen steady work. Reduce wasted effort.

Training Phases
Organization Establish rhythm. Remove noise. Repeat correct conditions until they feel ordinary.
Density Extend the amount of correct work the system can hold without dramatizing it.
Compression Demand more continuity from the same athlete. No forcing. Just less room for waste.
Expression Allow sharpened performance to appear once enough order has been established.
Absorption Let adaptation settle. The work already happened. Do not interrupt the sequence.
