FORM is a training practice based in Miami. Two sessions each week: threshold on Tuesday, long run on Saturday. The work changes when the phase changes.

How Training Works
Run the effort. Not the pace.
Finish neutral. Leave capacity unused.
Consistency builds the system.
The phase decides the work.
If You Are New
Arrive before the session starts.
Warm up before the group begins.
Run within the structure. Do not surge.
Easy days happen outside the main sessions.
