Running Training in Miami

Structured sessions, year-round.
Two sessions anchor the week

FORM is a structured training field in Miami built around two sessions each week: a threshold run on Tuesday morning and a long run on Saturday morning.

The sessions follow a consistent structure across the training cycle. Runners train together under the same plan, at the same standard, in the same locations.

Tuesday
Threshold Session 5:50 AM · Flamingo Park Track · Miami Beach
Saturday
Long Run 5:30 AM · Hideout · Edgewater, Miami
Structured, not social

FORM is not a social run club. It is a training environment. Sessions are planned in advance and runners follow the same workout. The goal is consistent, repeatable training — not variety or novelty.

Threshold sessions develop aerobic strength and race efficiency. Long runs build the endurance base that makes everything else possible. Easy running between the two sessions allows adaptation.

The approach follows the same principles as serious distance training programs worldwide: structure first, consistency above all, no session more important than the week it belongs to.

Runners who want a training standard

FORM is built for runners who want to train seriously and consistently. Not beginners who want to walk-run, and not elite athletes chasing professional results — but runners building durable fitness over years.

Athletes in the current practice range from sub-2:50 marathoners to runners working toward their first half marathon. The sessions scale by effort, not pace. Everyone finishes the same workout.
